Cummins 2.5 cylinder block

Cummins’ all-new B-platform inline-four cast-iron cylinder block is made from high-strength HT300 gray cast iron (per Cummins standards) and features an integrated design that combines the cylinder block, oil pump, and oil-filter housing into a single unit. The water and oil passages are precisely routed to deliver highly efficient thermal management, with key attributes including high strength, lightweight construction, high peak combustion pressure, and extended service life. This engine is specifically engineered for JAC’s Shuailing, Junling, and Xingrui models and complies with China VIb emission standards.

Chery 2.5 Cylinder Head

Applied to Chery’s Kungpeng 2.5T GDI gasoline engine and the Wei Lan WD25 diesel hybrid engine, this component is made of high-strength aluminum alloy; it features an integral design with dual overhead camshafts (DOHC) and 16 valves; it is optimized for heavy-duty applications and hybrid systems with frequent start-stop cycles; it incorporates an integrated exhaust manifold (IEM) with integrated EGR, direct integration of the exhaust port into the cylinder head, and dedicated EGR cooling passages; these design features reduce weight, minimize thermal management challenges, and ensure more stable emissions; thermal efficiency reaches 47%, leading its class among diesel engines.

Geely 1.5 cylinder head

Applied to Geely’s BHE15 series engines, this model features advanced port fuel injection (PFI) technology. As a key derivative of the BHE15 series, the BHE15 PFI is positioned as a high-quality, low-cost engine designed to meet market demand that is highly sensitive to fuel compatibility and maintenance costs; it is primarily equipped in Geely Emgrand, Binyue, and Binyue models.

BYD 472 cylinder block

This engine is designed for BYD’s 472 series and is manufactured using high-pressure die-cast aluminum, achieving both lightweight construction and outstanding thermal management. It features a 1.5-liter naturally aspirated configuration with a displacement of 1,498 mL and, through structural optimization, delivers an ultra-high compression ratio of 16:1. As the core power unit of BYD’s fifth-generation DM system, it integrates direct-injection technology with EGR exhaust gas recirculation and employs a deep Atkinson cycle, boosting thermal efficiency to a world-leading 46.06%. This powertrain is primarily used in plug-in hybrid models such as the Qin Plus and Seal 05, where its highly efficient design significantly reduces fuel consumption in battery-depleted driving conditions.
