Ruifeng Power Group Co., Ltd. is a professional intelligent equipment manufacturer specializing in the production of gasoline and diesel engine cylinder blocks, cylinder heads, and new energy vehicle components. The Company was listed on the Main Board of the Hong Kong Stock Exchange on January 5, 2018. In 2025, its operating revenue reached 1,139.6 million yuan, with total tax contributions of 18.78 million yuan.
Located in Shenzhou Economic Development Zone, the company covers a land area of 728 mu and employs over 1,000 staff members. It operates more than 40 production lines for cylinder blocks, cylinder heads and new energy components, including 288 imported horizontal intelligent processing centers, 764 vertical intelligent processing centers, 47 German NAGEL honing machines and 1,496 sets of various special CNC equipment. The company has an independent precision casting plant covering 150,000 square meters, with an annual casting capacity of 80,000 tons, including 60,000 tons for ferrous casting and 20,000 tons for non-ferrous casting.
The company mainly provides supporting products for more than 20 mainstream domestic and foreign engine manufacturers, including BYD Auto, FAW Hongqi, DEUTZ (Germany), Cummins (China), Sany Heavy Industry, JMC, Yuchai Machinery, Foton Motor, JAC Motors, Jiangxi Isuzu, Great Wall Motors, Dongfeng Engine, Dongfeng Liuzhou Motor, BAIC Power and Dongfeng Commercial Vehicle. It has been certified as a national-level Specialized, Refined, Differential and Innovative "Little Giant" Enterprise, a National Green Factory and a National High-tech Enterprise. It has established the Hebei Provincial Enterprise Technology Center, Hebei Grade A R&D Institution and Hebei Engine Cylinder Block Precision Manufacturing Technology Innovation Center, serving as a leading enterprise in Hebei’s industrial cluster.

Plant Overview
New Energy Components Plant
In accordance with the development needs of the new energy vehicle components project of Ruifeng Group, Ruifeng is currently preparing to build the 15th Five-Year Plan transformation project, aiming to complete the second round of transformation and upgrading towards new energy vehicle whole vehicles and components. A new factory is planned and constructed in the high-speed rail new district of Shenzhou City, which will produce new energy vehicle whole vehicles and components. This factory covers an area of 320 mu(213334 square meters), with an investment of 1.09 billion yuan and an expected output value of 1.5 billion yuan. After it’s completion, the two factories are expected to achieve an annual output value of 3 billion yuan by 2030.
