Product Introduction
As the core component of Jiangling Blue Flame’s NB25 engine, this independently developed 2.5-liter inline-four turbocharged diesel engine features an inline-four layout, turbocharging, and direct diesel injection. It delivers high horsepower, high torque, exceptional reliability, and low fuel consumption, along with dual independent water-cooling circuits. The cylinder block and cylinder head are equipped with separate temperature control, enabling more precise thermal management and achieving a thermal efficiency of 45.23%—a leading figure in the commercial-vehicle segment. This 2.5-liter turbocharged diesel engine sets the benchmark in its class, handling heavy loads, off-road conditions, and high-speed cruising with ease. It is primarily used in Jiangling’s Da Dao, Yu Hu, and Baodian pickup trucks, as well as the Blue Whale light-truck series.
