University–Enterprise Cooperation Symposium: Jointly Crafting a Blueprint for Collaborative Development

To further deepen the integration of industry and education, strengthen university–enterprise collaboration, and promote the seamless alignment of the education‑talent‑industry chains, on November 7, 2025, a delegation comprising relevant leaders and faculty representatives from Hengshui University visited Ruifeng Technology Co., Ltd. to hold in-depth discussions on matters of university–enterprise cooperation. Senior management and heads of relevant departments at Ruifeng Technology warmly welcomed the visiting team from Hengshui University.
Accompanied by the leadership of Ruifeng Technology, a delegation from Hengshui University visited the company’s production workshops, gaining an in-depth understanding of its manufacturing processes, technological capabilities, and management practices, and developing a more concrete appreciation of the enterprise’s strengths and future prospects.
At the symposium, the general manager of Ruifeng Technology provided a detailed overview of the company’s development history, business scope, technological capabilities, and future growth strategy. As a Hong Kong‑listed enterprise integrating product R&D, precision casting, and intelligent manufacturing, Ruifeng Technology has established long‑term, stable partnerships with numerous renowned domestic and international companies. Currently, the company is in a phase of rapid expansion, with an increasingly strong demand for highly qualified, innovative talent.
Representatives from Hengshui University presented the institution’s academic program offerings, talent-development approaches, and research achievements. They particularly highlighted the university’s pedagogical strengths and practical experience in engineering and manufacturing-related disciplines, as well as the notable progress it has made in recent years in integrating industry with education and fostering university–enterprise collaboration. They expressed hope that, through partnerships with industry leaders like Ruifeng Technology, the university can provide students with more hands-on opportunities, enhance their professional skills and workplace competencies, and better contribute to local economic development.
This round of negotiations has laid a solid foundation for university–enterprise cooperation between Hengshui University and Ruifeng Technology. Both parties will further strengthen communication and collaboration, promptly advance the implementation of cooperative projects, and strive to create a win-win situation that benefits the university, the enterprise, and the students.
