On the afternoon of December 8, 2025, Ruifeng Technology and COSMOPlat Energy Technology Co., Ltd. successfully convened the kickoff meeting for the energy management platform project in the fourth-floor conference room. This meeting marks a significant milestone, as Ruifeng Technology’s digital transformation advances from the data aggregation phase to a new stage of real-time, visualized, and refined management. The two parties will collaborate to establish a new benchmark in energy management, injecting strong momentum into the company’s green and efficient development.

The agenda for this kickoff meeting was clear and well‑focused, with the entire project advancing in four distinct phases that progressively set the direction:

First, Project Manager Chen of Chaos provided a detailed overview of the project’s core components, explaining that it addresses the need for digital transformation in energy management by optimizing equipment inventories and building a management platform to enable real-time monitoring of energy data and refined operational practices.

At present, the project team has completed on-site equipment verification and adjustments, clarified the organizational structure and implementation plan, and will subsequently advance the project’s steady execution through standardized mechanisms such as daily and weekly reports.

Subsequently, Manager Geng, the project manager at Ruifeng Technology, streamlined the internal organizational structure and clarified that the project would focus on two core energy sources—electricity and compressed air. The management scope encompasses 609 electricity meters covering all business units and various applications such as office spaces, photovoltaic systems, and energy storage; 78 compressors; and 62 flow‑meter valves. The platform enables real-time sharing of energy‑consumption data, empowering leadership, business units, and workshops to monitor energy usage while reducing the statistical workload of the power‑management department and facilitating direct data extraction by the finance team. It also supports online meter reading and equipment inspections. To ensure the successful implementation of the project, close collaboration among all relevant departments is essential.

Following this, Mr. Kaosmu, the chief representative of the partner, took the floor: He expressed high regard for Ruifeng Technology’s standing as a national-level green factory and an industry benchmark, and voiced his keen anticipation for this collaboration. He solemnly pledged that Haier COSMOPlat would deploy a world-class team of software experts, deliver proven solutions and comprehensive, end-to-end services, and do everything possible to ensure the project’s smooth progress.

Finally, Mr. Meng, General Manager of Ruifeng Technology, offered concluding remarks: He emphasized that the energy management platform represents the crucial first step in Ruifeng Technology’s digital transformation—both a tough battle in the company’s history and a major test of the team’s collaborative capabilities. The project team has devised an extremely tight schedule: over 600 electricity meters and more than 70 gas meters must be installed and commissioned within 25 days, while simultaneously launching the platform into trial operation to ensure its official deployment by the end of January. Once operational, the platform will enable the company to shift from traditional post‑meter‑reading analysis to a refined, real‑time monitoring and proactive predictive management model, marking a qualitative leap forward.
