Speech by the representative:

At the conclusion of the conference, the company’s general manager delivered a closing address. She began by extending warm congratulations to all the recognized model employees, emphasizing: “Safety is the lifeline of development, lean management is the catalyst for efficiency, and quality is the cornerstone of our enterprise. Today’s outstanding individuals have demonstrated through their concrete actions RuiFeng Technology’s core values—‘safety first, lean excellence, and quality above all’—and serve as role models for all our employees.”

Meanwhile, in light of the company’s current stage of development, the General Manager set forth the following expectations for all employees: First, take role models as examples to foster a company-wide culture of “emulating, learning from, catching up with, and surpassing one another,” translating the spirit of these exemplars into concrete actions at every post. Second, focus on the three core pillars of safety, lean management, and quality, starting with attention to detail and building on everyday efforts to further optimize and elevate each process. Third, unite the team, align our vision and concerted efforts, and work together to achieve the company’s annual goals.
