Ruifeng Company upholds the corporate responsibility philosophy of “originating from society and giving back to society.” On the one hand, we show care and concern for our employees and continuously improve their working and living conditions. The company provides free meals, free laundry services, and free accommodation, and has also established an employee activity center featuring a billiards room, a table tennis room, a basketball court, and more, enriching employees’ leisure and cultural life. Strengthening its infrastructure, the company invested over RMB 3 million to establish a “Staff Reading Room” and various learning spaces spanning more than 2,000 square meters, providing employees with a dedicated platform for rest, study, and professional development, thereby fostering a sense of collective warmth. In 2022, the company was recognized as a “National Model Enterprise for Building Harmonious Labor Relations.”
On the other hand, the company actively engages in public‑service initiatives to give back to society. In 2021, it donated RMB 100,000 to the Shenzhou City Foundation for Caring for Veterans, helping to address their practical difficulties; during the COVID‑19 pandemic response, it contributed RMB 200,000. Support the city’s epidemic prevention and control efforts.
