Safety role model Du Pengchao consistently keeps safety top of mind in his daily work. He strictly adheres to safety regulations, proactively identifies potential hazards, and shares safety knowledge with his colleagues, creating a secure working environment through concrete actions so that every employee can focus on their tasks with peace of mind.

On the journey toward quality, you have always been steadfast pioneers. In your daily work, you exercise patience and unwavering focus to meticulously oversee every step of the process, embodying the principle of “quality above all” through your actions. You hold yourselves to exacting standards, leaving no detail overlooked, and with masterful craftsmanship and a profound sense of responsibility, you ensure the highest product quality. This honor is both a recognition of your tireless dedication and a tribute to your outstanding contributions.
On the battlefield of quality control, 32 quality role models embody their unwavering commitment to excellence through dedication and expertise. Wang Zhijia, Zhao Shian, and Huang Hui from Machining Workshop No. 2; Tian Ruibin from Machining Workshop No. 3—these colleagues are stationed across various workshops, striving for precision in every process and at every step, leaving no room for even the slightest defect. They understand that quality is the lifeblood of an enterprise, and with meticulous attention to detail, they safeguard the company’s product‑quality standards, helping it earn a strong reputation in the marketplace.

Lean Production Model Employee
Lean manufacturing is the principle you have steadfastly upheld; reducing costs and boosting efficiency is the goal you have pursued with unwavering dedication. With keen insight, you identify even the smallest issues in the production process, and through continuous improvement and innovation, you have successfully shortened lead times and enhanced product quality. Your efforts have enabled the company to stand out in a fiercely competitive market, and your actions have truly embodied the essence of lean production—making you well-deserved champions of lean manufacturing!
The 16 Lean Production Pioneers are at the forefront of efficiency improvement. In Machining Workshop No. 5, Wang Jiaxi, Huo Leilei, Li Shuanglian, and Li Jiawei; and in Machining Workshop No. 8, Zhao Yafeng, Dong Chongchong, and others, have actively explored lean production methodologies, streamlined processes, and minimized waste, continuously boosting productivity while maintaining quality. Their efforts have ensured smoother production workflows, kept costs under effective control, and propelled the company’s operations to a new level.

Today, I feel deeply honored and profoundly grateful to stand here as a representative of the model workers. This recognition belongs not only to me personally, but also to every colleague who has stood shoulder to shoulder with me, and to all our brothers and sisters working tirelessly on the production front lines. First and foremost, please allow me, on behalf of all the model workers, to extend our sincerest gratitude to the leadership at every level of the company for their trust and guidance, and to our colleagues for their support and assistance.
Safety first, quality assurance, and lean manufacturing are the guiding principles that inspire every one of our employees to embody the spirit of craftsmanship. As an ordinary frontline worker, I firmly believe that mastering even the simplest tasks to perfection is the key to success. In my daily work, I consistently uphold: “Zero tolerance for defects,” “Maximizing efficiency down to the second,” and “Uncompromising safety.”
At this moment, I would like to share three insights:
First, a sense of responsibility is the bottom line—no matter how small the role, one must take accountability for the next stage of the process.
Second, learning agility is your weapon—ask “why” one more time, and master one more new skill.
Third, the team is your support—individual excellence isn’t true excellence; it’s the ability to inspire and elevate the entire team that truly matters.
Standing at a new starting point, I will continue to spur myself on with the spirit of being a model example.
Be a vanguard in tackling tough challenges—rise to the occasion when faced with urgent and difficult tasks.
A diligent assistant who mentors and supports others—sharing his experience with newcomers without reservation.
Be a scout for innovation and improvement—offering numerous ideas and suggestions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
Finally, on behalf of all the model employees, let me state: Rest assured, company— we will continue to write our story with hard work and dedication, using the production line as our canvas, and deliver even more outstanding results!
