Hello everyone! It is a great honor to speak here as the representative of the outstanding model employees for the second quarter. First, on behalf of all our colleagues who have been recognized with this prestigious title, please allow me to express our heartfelt gratitude to the company leadership for their care, support, and encouragement. And to all my colleagues who have stood shoulder to shoulder with us, working together in close collaboration, I extend my highest respect.
Looking back on our work in the second quarter, I am deeply moved. During this period, we faced numerous challenges: market competition grew increasingly fierce, and technical hurdles kept emerging. Yet not a single member of the Ruifeng team backed down; instead, we rallied together, pressing forward with unwavering determination.
In my work, I have always upheld a deep passion for my job and a strong sense of responsibility. I am fully aware that every task impacts the company’s reputation and long-term development, so I give it my all and strive to deliver the best possible results. At the same time, I place great emphasis on communication and collaboration with my colleagues. Ruifeng is like one big family—each of us brings unique strengths and expertise. Only by learning from one another and working together can we unlock the team’s full potential. In my daily work, I proactively share my experiences and insights with my colleagues, while also humbly welcoming their advice and constructive feedback. Through this approach, we grow and improve together.
