To deepen industry–education integration, advance collaborative talent development between schools and enterprises, and consolidate the sustained, long-term outcomes of school–enterprise cooperation, Shenzhou Vocational Education (Advanced Technical School), Hengshui Health Science and Technology Vocational College, and Hebei Ruifeng Technology Co., Ltd. recently held a grand mobilization meeting for work-study alternating programs and an awards ceremony for outstanding interns at the Ruifeng Technology Training Base. Leaders from both the school and the enterprise, supervising teachers, corporate mentors, and all participating students attended the event.
RuiFeng Technology will take this conference as an opportunity to further deepen its ongoing collaboration with educational institutions, bringing classrooms into the workshop and honing skills on the job. By aligning academic programs with industry needs, synchronizing teaching with production, and seamlessly integrating internships with employment, the company aims to cultivate a larger pool of high‑quality, locally rooted technical professionals who are both retained and fully equipped to meet workplace demands. During the conference, outstanding interns who demonstrated exceptional performance and achieved excellent results were recognized and awarded. A representative of the top students delivered a speech, sharing their insights into the gains and personal growth they experienced during their internship, expressing gratitude to both the university and the enterprise for providing a high-quality platform, and pledging to approach their future studies and practical training with even greater enthusiasm, thus living up to the expectations of their mentors and making the most of their youthful years.
The company and the supervising teachers jointly outlined and emphasized training discipline, safety protocols, job-specific skills, and learning expectations, clearly defining the objectives of the work-study rotation to ensure a safe, well-organized internship that yields meaningful learning outcomes.
Over the years, Shenzhou Vocational Education (Advanced Technical School), Hengshui Health Science and Technology Vocational College, and Hebei Ruifeng Technology have steadfastly pursued school–enterprise collaboration and dual‑track talent development.
